Praveen is a Professional Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, renewable energy and energy management. As a specialist in solar PV and sustainable infrastructure, he has led numerous pioneering projects across South Africa, delivering innovative, practical solutions for commercial, industrial and government clients. His hands-on approach and commitment to engineering excellence ensure every project is delivered with quality, efficiency and long-term value.

THEOLAN GOVENDER - Chief Operations Officer I PR TECH ENG
Theolan is a Professional Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience across the construction, mining and manufacturing sectors. Combining engineering expertise with an MBA (cum laude) and extensive project management experience, he specialises in strategic planning, operational excellence and the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. His leadership in large-scale infrastructure developments and multidisciplinary teams ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely and to the highest professional standards.

Amanda holds a degree in accounting and previously cut operational costs by 15% through new vendor contracts.She excels in the delivering bespoke solutions to propel the operational management.
